Vampires are creatures of the night. They hunt and feed on the mortal population for their blood. Many hide from these very same mortals though, in fear of their destruction. Some revel in their power, while others regret their undead existence. Immortality does have its advantages. Vampires gain supernatural powers that allow them to perform acts far beyond mortal understanding. Ever looming though, is the far greater threat of their own kind. To protect in this struggle, some spend eternity struggling for personal power, others seek to gain control over the mortal world. A Vampire's web of control can cover far distances and often influences mortal events. This is a different world from the one you know. The shadows are deeper, while the light is blinding.
